An Amsterdam artisanal cashew fondue. Soft creamy structure, with a matured taste of aged cheese. Make this fondue with 50ml dry white wine and 100ml water.

INGREDIENTS

CASHEW NUTS, water, potato, coconut oil, SOYBEANS, brown rice, salt, apple cider vinegar, yeast, garlic, onion, turmeric, starter cultures. May contain traces of gluten.

Mr. & Mrs. Watson is well-known for her vegan cheese. Our cheese won awards like PETA’s “Best Vegan Cheese”. Cashews, almonds and soy are examples of ingredients we use for our cheeses. Watson’s plant-based cheeses have been developed and aged in Amsterdam since 2017.
